We retain your apparel transaction data and after-sales service records in strict accordance with global e-commerce, tax and consumer protection laws to ensure transaction traceability, after-sales accountability and legal compliance. The retained data includes order serial numbers, purchased apparel SKU information, clothing material and style records, transaction amount, payment time, delivery logistics records, return/exchange application content, quality feedback records, customer service communication logs and post-purchase follow-up records. Such data is retained solely for order verification, after-sales warranty support, consumer dispute resolution, tax filing, financial auditing and legal compliance obligations. We do not retain transaction data indefinitely. After the statutory warranty period and legal archiving period expire, we will automatically anonymize or securely erase your transaction and after-sales information to eliminate unnecessary privacy storage risks. Even during the retention period, we strictly restrict internal access and prohibit unauthorized query, export and reuse of user transaction data.
